This Wing Chun Training Camp is designed to provide systematic and authentic Wing Chun training for both youth and adults, helping participants master core techniques and enhance their physical fitness. The course is personally taught by Master Liu Hai, President of the Wing Chun Association, covering the three forms, practical applications, combat principles, and strategic techniques, allowing students to grasp the essence of Wing Chun in a short time.
The training camp is set in a beautiful environment with a 4,000㎡ training facility, where participants can immerse themselves in the fusion of historical culture and martial arts, truly experiencing the philosophy of “using softness to overcome hardness.”
This 7-day, 6-night intensive camp follows a traditional martial arts training system, ensuring a balanced approach between structured learning and combat practice. With full board accommodation, participants can fully dedicate themselves to training and achieve significant progress in a short period.
The most striking thing for me was that after arriving at Master Liu’s training camp, I didn’t spend a single penny during the entire seven days! Everything, from training equipment and accommodation to meals and other expenses, was fully covered, allowing me to focus entirely on my training. The camp had about five different training areas, each housing a branch school led by Master Liu’s direct disciples. What impressed me the most was our primary training ground—it felt like a “Martial Arts Great Wall.” The space was incredibly vast; I once took a 30-minute walk and still hadn’t explored it all. At one point, I almost got lost! This immersive environment made the whole learning experience even more unforgettable.
As a complete beginner with no martial arts background, I was worried about keeping up. But the instructor’s structured teaching guided us step by step, starting from Siu Lim Tao, then moving into Chum Kiu and Biu Jee. Every day brought new insights. In just seven days, I went from knowing nothing to performing all three forms fluently—totally worth it!
The seven-day, six-night training gave me a deep appreciation for Wing Chun. Siu Lim Tao built my foundation, Chum Kiu helped me maintain balance while moving, and Biu Jee introduced me to more advanced techniques. The learning process was well-structured and easy to follow—perfect for beginners!
What impressed me most was how the instructor provided personalized guidance instead of just having us mimic the movements. He could spot each person’s weaknesses and offer precise corrections—crucial for beginners!
