The Luk Dim Boon Gwun, or “Six-and-a-Half Point Pole,” is a martial arts weapon originating from the Shaolin Temple and is also a mandatory weapon in Wing Chun training. It is paired with a pole technique called the Six-and-a-Half Point Pole Technique, which consists of six and a half movements.
